Don’t just make an on social media. Don’t just make animpression on the people in your news feed.

Further, don’t just use social media to leverage yourself. Or even to just make friends. However pure your motives may be, it’s much more powerful than that.

and your social media presence to make an impact on SOCIETY, online and offline.

Making a deeper, more on society with my has been something on my todo list for , but I’ve never quite followed through.

I decided to change that this year by giving 100% of the for a live webinar I’m doing on the day after thanksgiving, with an end goal of donating $ 50,000 to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

I’m aiming for my emails, tweets, status updates and ‘likes’ to transcend their typical power of strengthening , driving traffic, or just having fun. For this next week, all my social activity instead will result in helping to serve young people that have been diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions.

If you feel the desire to help make an impact on society, share this post with your friends and encourage them to give back! I’d also encourage you to find a way that you can make your own impact during the holiday season. A small sacrifice can potentially equate to massive blessing to someone in need!
